I used Hayes Minicabs for the same business trip last year and received exactly the same service, and very similar price this time .Courteous drivers who are there on time and at the meeting points.
On the return trip from the hotel I needed to get to the airport slightly earlier than I had booked. No problem after a short phone call to ask, the driver arrived 1/2 an hour early and I received a text message shortly before he arrived. Fantastic service and I will always use this company where I can.

Really great service overall. Hayes Minicabs are the best in town. If you need a minicab, you must call them. You definitely won't be disappointed. There are the best with Gracious, comfortable, prompt, and excellent value. The driver is always helpful. Highly recommended to all.
