Avoid !! My puppy missed his vets app due to their incompetence. ...£15 fair to go little distance and another £10 on top because of dog ...never arrived called and called then she starts knocking my call off ..a crowd of unprofessional cowboys and a Rip of to boot by camparision quoted £25 and the next company wanted £9.50 ....avoid !!!
I have been using Northolt Minicabs for one year now, and to be honest they are the best, drivers are so nice and patient, some of them are funny, so if you are in a long trip, you will never be bored. The app is so good, it's easy to use, what I like of it is that you can track your car. They are clean also as I said before nice, as one day I forgot something in one of the cars and the following day, the driver came to return it. And they are cheaper than some other companies.
Absolutely pathetic service. Told they would send a cab in 5, but when called after 15 mins said will take another 10 minutes and by now 30 mins later said might take another 15 minutes. All am saying is, we understand you can be busy but just don't let the customers hang around. Just say you are busy. Will do a lot of favour to everyone. Missed our appointment in the end cos of this delay.
Excellent minicab company in Northolt. I booked them to pick up from a Xmas do at Elland Road. Great communication, the driver of car 99 kept me up to date on where he was and how long he would be and he also rang to say had dropped off the other passenger safely. Went well beyond any service I have had from a taxi firm. Will definitely use again. Fair prices too.
Had to get from Northolt to Banbury last night and the lovely lovely taxi driver couldn't have been any better. Man had a heart of gold and made sure I was exactly where I had to be, and made sure there was someone there to greet me before driving off. Didn't catch his name but he was fantastic!
