Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. I'm a regular visitor to this post office. During Christmas it gets very busy but staff do their best to serve the customers as quickly as possible.
Says 6 for closing. Arrived at 5.30 and was already shut. So disappointing! Update your times!

TERRIBLE costumer service!
The balding man in the front till is always rude and makes everyone feel unwelcome.
Do not expect to be greeted with respect much less a smile. Shameful.
Unacceptable and out of control service with persistent overcharging for parcels, rude and incompetent staff who can't bother to read and scan a recipient address and scan sender's address with parcels returned. And nothing can be done about it as post office service seems to be unregulated by watchdog and the owner of Twickenham business takes advances on that. Customers treated as trespassers.
Staff are very rude at the position 1 till he spoke about me in his own language to young woman behind sorting out the paper work right in front of me they started laughing at me I was trying to explain to them about the problem with the barcode they kept asking the same questions while laughing they couldn't be bothered to actually help me never again would I ever use this post office they are very unprofessional
