Excellent local post office with extremely hard working, friendly and helpful staff. Often busy as a sign of its need and importance for the local community. They recommended the Post Office Drop and Go service which has saved me a lot of time and avoided queing and never a problem.

I am a regular at this post office and always try to support this local business, lovely guy runs it. However last week I had to send a letter urgently, so I used online Royal Mail, as the queue was so long and I was going to miss the post. I bypassed the queue to drop my parcel on the side. My urgent documents have not been delivered, they are lost. I went into PO this morning to ask if all the post was taken that day, and the guy was so rude, his words were why should he care as I had taken my business elsewhere!!! This is not how to treat your regulars. I’m so upset by his attitude.

Jeevan is always so pleasant and helps me out with any questions I have around my small business posting needs. He is friendly, always so attentive and really appreciate his great advice! This is a popular place so there is a queue to get in during covid, but I always get the best service here so a small price to pay!

They are advertising 'drop off' option for your parcel/package into post office (don't need to wait in the queue) and same time asking to go for a queue to get a receipt confirming that you have been sent your parcel/package. Where is a logic? Also please pay attention on your change (cash payment). The lovely staff is talking friendly and distracting your attention for checking your change and calculation. I got less money twice as supposed to. Making only card payments.
