It's the most awful service I've ever had in my life! I've arranged delivery date and then came the day no delivery and no note have been lift? Trying to track it online and only to have useless information saying they tried to deliver ( I was in the house all day didn't hear or saw the post man) then if they have tired to deliver could you not leave the parcel with a neighbour??? Leave a note??? The customer service line is like talking to stone age rebort. I have no idea what you are employed for and who actually responsible for the quality ( if it exists)... Somone should get in touch ASAP
Very honest and hard working individuals who are taken for granted and taken advantage of by their employers.
Ridiculous opening hours, I would understand if this was before covid 19 but they have always been silly
