In this day and age and bearing the situation we are in, a smile or a thank you goes a long way. This isn't the first time the attitude from the staff at this post office has been atrocious, this is why normally opt for click & collect, but because I needed the parcels sent urgently, I had to visit the store, not again. Not sure if there is someone higher that complaints can go to?

Post and parcels often seem to go missing and don’t get delivered to the intended recipient. Recommend to post guaranteed delivery if you don’t want something to get ‘lost’ (likely stolen) especially if it appears to be something of value.

One of the cashiers called Kumar S was extremely rude and unhelpful. He called me stupid when I didn’t understand about the Qr code. Very rude and unprofessional for a post office.
