Worst post office Ever for international parcels. Its been over a month and none of the parcels have been arrived while they informed me it will take up to 8-10 working days.
AVOID IF YOU CAN. THERE ARE SERVICES IN THE HIGH STREET

THERE IS A LOVELY POST OFFICE IN BERRYLANDS WITH FREE PARKING
AND THE POST OFFICE IN TOLWORTH ARE LOVELY
Awful customer service, rude staff, unhelpful and disrespectful. There are plenty of willing great workers out there that would love the opportunity to work in a post office and they have chosen to employ incompetent rude staff.
This Post Office have not put COVID safety measures in place. When I raised this with them they were not concerned about keeping customers safe and were only concerned about their own staff, who are safely behind screens. They have still got tills open right next to each other so it is not possible to maintain the 2metre distance between customers. It is a tiny shop with no one-way system. The door is not propped open for ventilation and to avoid people touching it, and there is no-one cleaning it.
Supermarkets have worked so hard to put safety measures in place to keep customers safe, yet this shop has just continued as normal.
This post office has the worst workers. The old lady is so RUDE.
