I've been using this Post Office as a business customer for as long as it's been open and have had nothing but an excellent service. They stayed open through the pandemic which was how I could keep my business running so I am very grateful to them for that. They have always been friendly to me and I have seen them have to deal with some very rude customers with amazing calmness! The Drop and Go service is very useful during busy periods.

I have never dealt with more infuriating and difficult people, forever giving contradictory information, but the last straw was when she measured a parcel and told me it was more than 16 cm so no longer fit the small parcel category, all the while smirking and laughing, I took it to another post office and it was obviously fine to go as a small parcel, she decided 16.1 cm was not acceptable! Will drive to the furthest post office as long as I never have to step foot in there.

Those bad comments are so true. Very rude staff, which is telling me to pay more than I suppose. The cue and social distancing doesn't make any sense, its always more than 4 ppl inside. One time when I headed to one window the lady seen me and closed the window just before me arriving there, also looking at me with this weird face and saying it wasn't nothing personal. Well it felt like it. Shame

This post office is the worst post office I have encountered in comparison with the other collection point I have dealt with. This is not safe at all because they will just give away your parcels to another person without proper identification. There have been fraudulent activity going around this area and just be aware of this.

Rude customer service, went to exchange some euros back into pounds and was told rudely that they were not accepting and that no where else would accept my euros either , but i think the woman just couldn't be bothered to be honest, as the next day i went to a different post office, one in bookham and they took them no problem..
