Always friendly and helpful even in those hard times. I missed my parcel on Monday so went to pick it up next day but due covid 19 hours has changed, office was closed. I saw two postman's nearby and they were really helpful and apologetic. I arranged redelivery and received my parcel as promised. Doing great job guys and ladies 👍👌

Terrible opening hours, very difficult for someone with a full time job to actually collect a parcel. Especially when they often fail to deliver when there are people in the house and they claim no one was home.
