I have been coming here for many years, and always ensure I am polite - saying please and thank you, and wishing them a good day, but am still served with such a crass attitude from the lady behind the post office counter. Always makes me feel like I am a nuisance, and am always greeted with a sour face.

Been coming here for years, the convenience shop not an issue however when the lady behind the post office is there, I find her so rude and her customer service is awful, she is unhelpful and always raises her voice when unnecessary. She definitely needs training.

I go there regularly and find the lady behind the counter polite and so helpful. Many times when I’m standing in the line I here dealing with some default customers. She is so polite and helpful.

The lady behind the counter literally goes out of her way to be rude. Horrible service, very unhelpful, ended up with the wrong postage, will avoid in the future.
