Went there today 30/11 to post my old passport to the Passport Office. The old Indian guy pressurised me into paying more for a special delivery (rather than a recorded delivery). I complained it was rather expensive at £6.70 but he said it was in fact "really cheap" because if it got lost in the post I'd be losing a lot of my personal details. He didn't think if I sent it by recorded delivery it shouldn't be lost in the post anyway? If it did, then the post office service is indeed v poor which in fact that's what he was implying. And I don't like him being v condescending either, wouldn't go there if there's another one nearby

VERY RUDE STAFF- in particular the older , taller asian man (of brown skin tone). My experience with him was outrageous, I was shocked and very upset when i left.

Terrible place!!! Save your money and go elsewhere. They overcharge you.

Newer younger people behind glass in P/O section are a bit arrogant & jus try & give u most expensive option first, even tho i asked for cheapest !! Always ask if there is a cheaper way to post, but be careful, as they have blatantly lied to me & said no. So have gone to another PO & got stuff posted for half the price. Small shop OVERALL. No more than 2 P/O staff (generally one) in busy times which creates long queues.
