This applies to Royal Mail international shipping: I really love paying that £20 customs charge for an item and the reason I'm leaving this review is because Royal Mail go above and beyond by charging me an extra £8 "handling fee". I don't have time to email them to get it removed so they just legally scam most of the public. Stop adding 'bs' charges please and thanks.

I have been using Royal Mail for several years and although mail to London has not been great , unlike in others parts of the UK. i have never known for such abuse and disadvantages taken as a result of COVID19. All mail ( that is non essential ;ie; marketing, bills ) have arrived but postals -whether it is from ebay or others fails to arrived and it has now been a month. 3 postals i was expected have not arrived. Because of COVID19 , customers no longer can sign for postals - which is a huge opening for thief as the tracking details always shows , it has not left the place of postage. I have contacted Royal Mail in London on several occasions and filed a claim report and all i recieve it an apology and a book of stamps , for items i paid £10 or more for. I did not think to keep receipts of purchases as i pay recorded to send the items. ROYAL MAIL LONDON are thieves. Use other services such as HERMES or UPS
