Very disappointing. I often send parcels to my family abroad. The member of stuff are very rude and unprofessional. Last time I been there the lady working there was speaking with incredible attitude. Me and my husband was shocked. No manners what’s so ever. And i told her I want a tracking option which she said is £64 while she charged me £99 the experience option. I just checked my back account and saw that. Plus the service is so bad that my parents still didn’t get the parcel even was express.

Dear GloucesterRd Post office London, Your staff is so rude. She's an old lady with a wavy shoulder length hair. Maybe an Indian or Pakistani, I'm not sure. This is the first time I'm being treated like that. This lady needs to learn some manner, I almost took a picture of her, I guess then she realised that she's being too rude, hostile and defensive, she acted a bit nicer ~ I couldn't hear what she's saying through the glass. Your English is not that good either you know, so speak clearly to the customers. Is this because I'm not a native?Yeah, I'm not, I don't have a plan to stay here. Once my programme is finish, I'm going back home to Malaysia. I know we're human and tend to get stress etc, but, please always be kind and nice to other people, especially when you're in customer service. Show that you have empathy and sensitive. You just ruined my mood so early in the morning. I'm feeling a bit sad because I can't retaliate to an old lady, it's not nice to do that. Huhhh... Thank you.

I had the "pleasure" of being the first and only customer yesterday at 8.30am and I have been rarely treated so rudely by the attendant, a lady who told me I'm in a hurry and I don't have time for you. Rude and unprofessional.

Will insist you pay with cash and will deacti ate contactless payments on their card readers. There was another card reader right next to the one that didn't work and the cashier refused to use it to take my payment. Walked all the way from King's Road to be turned away. Not the first time they're demanding cash and I never pay by cash. Tax evasion much?

Slow and inefficient. Try to avoid if you can. I was charged different price for the same thing and they always try to make you buy envelops and stuff which is not needed. In addition, customer service is very poor
