This branch open when they feel like it, and don't answer the phone or emails - but they still take the money out the account - disgraceful. Update: eventually after attempting to pickup my post for the 4th time and after I complained I was told by the clerk that 'it's not her business' wow. Do yourself a favour and switch to Mailbox just around the corner.
This team went above and beyond. I didn't have the extra forms I needed to ship and they held my package for free to bring back the next day so I didn't have to bring my box back home.
It costed me a fortune to send one paper to Egypt. Anyway, good customer service with superfast delivery.
Excellent service as post office etc. Been using for over a decade
