A youngish prematurely bald man working behind the counter who had a Scottish accent ( very difficult to understand his communication skills ) was very rude and refused to allow me to pay for an extra postage stamp for the small parcel i wanted to post. He told me my small parcel was a few grams over the weight for the pre-paid online label i had paid for and attached. He told me I had no choice but to buy in full another label ! He insisted the post office head office had told him not to sell stamps for the difference in cost ! I told him I would lose over two hours off work and he told me he did not care .I then had to walk ( i am recovering from a broken knee ) to the nearest post office ( 90 minutes round trip ) and a lovely lady behind the counter at this post office sold me the extra stamp I needed to post my parcel ! i am not surprised to read so many HORRIFIC BAD reviews about the Kings Road SW3 Post Office - absolute horrible customer service attitude ! Post Office H.Q. Management obviously do not give a D*MN to fire or even train the individuals working there who obviously hate having to help and advise customers and as such it is the CUSTOMERS / CLIENTS have to suffer ! AVOID THE KINGS RD POST OFFICE IF POSSIBLE - you have a very small chance to have an agreeable visit - you will see.

A person working there name Jav made my dad. Not only he was in a very good mood,positive but explained everything how to send package from self service counter. Post offices are extremely busy now and I was expecting employees to be not that welcome and nice. Jav made such a difference and I got 5 star and more customer service like I would in a luxury place and that was just a post office. Keep that positivity and mood, Jav. We all need some good energy in these times and especially before Christmas

Refused to be served by the black lady in this post office. I am not sure how to refer to her as she shut the desk so I don't have her name. She started shouting that she will not correct her mistake and to get out. I asked for second class while she charged me for 1st class signed. Instead of changing she started screaming and shouting that she will not serve me and to get out she shut the desk and left!!! How can an employee be allowed to treat customers in such way and continue to work there. If she was my employee she would be sacked and not based on her color on anything but she should simply do her job as her colleagues do. Why would you shout at customer for no reason if the mistake was hers to begin with

Amazing staff!! Especially Kathy! Super friendly and efficient! This is the fastest post office in the area (stay away from the Gloucester Road branch)
