Today I initially told the cost to post a large letter first class was £6. After I enquired as to why and someone else entered the shop the price somehow reduced to £2.94 which was what I expected to post the item and get it signed for on delivery. Wouldn’t use again, as I don’t trust they are charging honestly for the Royal Mail services.

Believe me this is the worst place you could be in London! They don't provide proper postage and are super rude! One of the staff member was extremely rude and almost shouting not to give a sticker to write an address on top of the box! I came to this place before too , when none of this was an issue! Although they weren't the best or practical then either, I thought I could give a second chance which was the worst ever experience! Even the two memebr of staff argued because of how I was treated! I will file an official complaint against this so called post office! I wouldn't recommend anyone even to go past in front of it! (Even if this is the only place that is open in entire London)

Royal Mail needs to seriously reconsider the staff they employ to run this post office. Their attitude to customers is appalling. They are rude, unhelpful and discourteous. I would rather deliver my post myself than ever use their 'service' again.
