The worst post office service I ever saw. Something got broken in the system and people waiting in the queue. Nobody informed us about that problem. The staff is very rude. Just avoid this ”shop”

The people that work there are so rude! The Royal Mail bit opens and closes at random, terrible service. Avoid if you can.

Very rude and unhelpful. As a key worker I was pleased that I found a post office open till late. I arrived at 4pm and when I enquired about the post office being open till 5.30pm they told me they now close at 2.30 due to the current situation. I suggested that maybe they should amend the opening hours on their website as I rushed from work to post parcels. I met with no understanding or apologies. I’m not sure how else people are supposed to know they’ve changed their opening times other than checking online. Waste of my time.
