I have 4 parcels sitting in Streatham Depot not moving and haven't moved in weeks. I contacted Royal Mail by phone who said Streatham have one of the worst backlogs in London and you're 'trying' to recruit people to help. There are thousands of people out there looking for work and who would be grateful to assist even if its temporary I don't think you're trying very hard. If Streatham Depot is that backlogged with as many angry customers as I am seeing then surely Royal Mail being as big as it is should be able to move staff from another depot doing well to be able to assist for a week to smash it out. I'll come in and search for my parcels myself if it helps. This is really making me angry as I have paid for a service for this to be delivered and all parcels have well over exceeded there due dates. When will you be delivering to SW16??

More like Royal Fail these days... RM48 takes over TWO WEEKS to be delivered, if it gets delivered at all. Posties are overloaded, doing their best but overall logistics is terrible...

Queuing here is miles long , really they need to do a Tesco approach and get the manager out of his cozy office and graft the front desk if there are more than 3 people . Then he will know to employ more people.

This is my first 1 star review ever, so that means I'm getting a "bit" frustrated. The delivery office has 3 of my package since the beginning of the month, it's 22nd of Oct!!!!! I went last week with my tracking number, as I thought they will give it to me (I was concerned about them, so I thought it will be helpful for everybody). The guy told me that they have my packages but he is not even going to try and find it as there is a huge mess in the storage. He said they will start sorting the packages out and if I'm lucky, I will receive them by Monday. It's Thursday! I have hundreds of £ worth of workproducts, which I had to reorder/ pay and got delivered to a different address again in order to be able to work!!!! What's going on in there? Do you need volunteers to help you to organise and clean up??!
