Rude and unhelpful. Be warned that you won't let you in with a folded bike! Am afraid that you have lost a customer today !
Would give zero star if possible.
Having just let some else in with a full-sized pram, they stopped me from entering with my folded bike which far smaller than the aforementioned pram. This says something about their lack of common sense. I'm afraid I will not be using this place again. And if asked, I will not recommend.
I've been using this Post Office for over 10 years, the staff is helpful and friendly. Most importantly, the service is fast so you don't have to stay in the queue for too long compare to Gatton Rd.
One star is too high a rating for this place. Before you even get a chance to experience the dreadful customer service you will notice how unhygienic and unsanitary it is in there along with general untidiness. The man that served me at the post office was incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive to my request (which was fairly basic!) and when I left I felt like I could bang my own head against a brick wall. Why the post office keep this branch open is beyond they are quite literally dragging their name through the filth.
Theyre kinda blunt but other than that its quick fast service
