I have been using this post office for about 3 months now as it a nearby me so very handy to get to. However they are so rude in there I refuse to go back. Man told me it was my fault there was a queue behind me because I had so many parcels (I had 6 because the queues are so long I prefer wait until I have a few parcels and it is worthwhile waiting in the queue for so long) - just so rude and not how you should ever speak to a customer, especially when I go there almost every week. Sad as it was convenient but I refuse to use a service where they treat you like that. G BYEEEE 🙄

At this point I don't know who to blame - this branch, or Royal Mail as an organisation. Over the last three months I've spent money to send letters to two different organisations, awaiting their responses. I thought it was taking a while to hear back from them but put it down to Covid for the delay. After 6 to 8 weeks of not receiving letters or hearing anything back from the organisations I phoned them up to chase, only for them to both confirm no receipt. I'm annoyed to say the least as these letters were very important and the response-time were time-sensitive. Just ridiculous. Two lost (important) letters during the month of October is not good enough!

Unacceptable I had to wait the long and then I had to face the angry attitude of the guy behind the glass window: “I am alone go somewhere else, no Money Gram here after 15 o’clock!” There are many polite options how to express yourself and to guide your customers! Shame!
