Easy & efficient visit. Small wait outside due to pandemic and maximum numbers inside. Polite staff both at the front door and at the desk. No problems at all.

Visited the post office on Clapham high street this morning. Again not the best experience but today i just decided to share it. I was queuing at the travel services line and there was one person that was being served for some time. After a while I asked the women working next to the lady who was still helping the customer if she could help me and that i need to only exchange £30 for Euros, and she told me that she can't do it as she's not working with exchanging money and that I should wait. I told her that I have been waiting for a long time (about 15 to 20 minutes) and her response was "what do you want me to do about it ?" I was not angry with the lady working at the money exchange as she was helping a customer but the fact that there was no support for her and me as well as the other woman's attitude was off putting. Some staff at this branch must undergo some customer service training.

Although there’s a very large queue due to the pandemic, this post office is running extremely efficiently. A welcoming hello as you walk in, along with guidance on where to queue next etc. I was in and out in no time at all, shipping parcels to America. The gent behind the counter clearly doesn’t enjoy working there, but he was polite and did his job excellently. No problems at all. A nice thank you and goodbye on the way out. Perfect. If only ALL post offices could be as professional!!!

Terrible customer service. I was queueing for about 40 minutes and when I got to get serviced at the counter the gent told me that I should have come earlier because "I clearly had no idea of what I was doing". I just needed an envelope and pay a postal order so he was just mad because it was 10 minutes before their closing time. Man if you don't like your job, change jobs or get yourself an education...
