Brilliant service! The staff are always so friendly and helpful!
Staff are polite, but I am dissapointed with a very obvious 'upselling' tactincs in the last few months where they keep pushing on customers to buy 1st class, when I persistently ask for 2nd! It gets very stressful with a queue behind me having to stand there for ages to keep repeating myself. I don't know all the prices and I just realised I was charged today for 1st even though I asked for 2nd... Also, the place looks unacceptable and I keep seeing parcels left in the waiting area. Anyone could steal those.
The service is terrible, slow and rude.
I was charged 20% more than the actual price and when I told the employee he insisted without hesitation.
It wasn't until a coworker of his told him to correct and charge the right price.
Doesn’t look like much but there’s never much of a queue and the staff are quick and friendly. Can also bring dogs in which makes it handy so I can pop in on a morning walk.
One of the counter staff was so unbearably rude - he kept staring at me and whispering things in urdu (I speak enough to know what hijra means!!) and taking his time. You have no right to make me feel like I'm here for your amusement and you should be sacked!!
