Given their opening hours it's hard to reach them on time as a working person, but these guys always try to process people as quickly and efficiently as possible. I think people are missing the point that they're only a collection point for packages you missed and on the side they can also post big parcels. There's another post office very nearby for the other stuff. If you treat the employees with respect, and ask them for things they can actually do for you, they're perfectly reasonable back.

I was ensured the package sent from London will arrive in California within a week. It has now been 30 days and there's no sight of it. Highly recommend going to absolutely any post office apart from this one.

Why are they never open? Forced to wait days to collect an urgent package. No way of contacting them. Awful service.

It’s a huge challenge to collect your parcel as their openings time is ridiculous. It’s a joke that Royal Mail pays to these rude staff, they’re there for cup of tea, not paying attention to customers! 0% CUSTOMER SERVICE
