opening hours are a joke... practically impossible to get a parcel. Lucky I have option for redelivery in a few days or I could never get anything. :( shame

It’s not a full service post office, so better check before attending. Great for sending return items.
Fully aware that people only ever seem to want to leave negative reviews I felt i had to share my experience. i had an (irreplaceable) parcel go missing on me that my own local Post Office were not helping me with at all apart from alerting me that it had been wrongly delivered. The moment i made contact with Dave Broomfield at Deptford he gave me more info than 2 weeks of persistence elsewhere and 2 days later phoned me up to say that he had not only located where it had been wrongly delivered but managed to retrieve it and would have it posted out to me straightaway. above and beyond the call of duty and I hope there is some system there that will reward him or at least recognise the good work he does.
Ah, so this is what that notice about google maps in their window is all about. It's true, updating google maps is none of their business. So don't blame them because you couldn't find the place. How entitled and idiotic is that?
Anyway, great staff, always helpful and friendly.
