Top quality customer service from Linda who is always smiling and has a friendly demeanor. I've bought a few reading glasses from there and she always cleans them before I purchase them, how many shop assistants would do that? Her service is second to none! The lady on the post office side is also lovely and gives great customer service! Well done ladies you both deserve a pay raise!😍
Best service I found at any Post Office to date. The ladies at the counter are always very nice and polite. Altho there is often a big queue, I never have to wait too long to be served because they are so quick and professional.
Really kind, friendly service. Post office is quite small, just 2 at a time inside because of Covid. They sell a nice selection of cards, party supplies and toys.
Worse postal service ever!!! The young man who works here wears headphones on both sides. This is how he helps the customers. I asked to help me out with how to send fast and safe both ways. He only made the service for one way. I had to return twice to make sure I did the right way, because I’m sending my password and I don’t want to lose it. He was so negligent and ignorant of what I asked him to do. Very rude and unprofessional. So disappointing in this service. I would highly disregard and avoid him or this postal service. Too bad I didn’t catch his name. I would rather take the train to a place where they perform the highest customer service quality rather than choosing a place close by. Avoid it as much as possible.
