The Indian man wasn’t as bad as people said. It was my first time sending a package. I’ll admit he was quite bossy when it came to the packaging and getting me to hurry up when there was no queue and 2 hours till it shut. But other then that he was good. Even helped me choose the right box when I got one that was too big. Would go again

Decent service every time I have visited this place. A man of asian descent offers fast and courteous help every time. Office is small and thus limited in services. Sometimes queue is quite long.

Called several times during the day to confirm that they are able to perform security ID validation. Is says that they can on their website but I've been burned before so wanted to confirm. Called, called, and called again - no one picks up. So I headed down anyway. I get there, they guy can't understand what he's supposed to do so I call the security screening firm so that they can help him. I get them on the phone and he just doesn't want to know and refuses to do his job and even tells me "Go to a central post office". When was the last time privatisation worked? Nationalise back to the Royal Mail ASAP.

Always get the rughr advise, always helpful. There are 3 post office in Isle of Dogs, and I always come to this one. One down side, it always gets very busy as it is a small shop with only 2 of them working. But they're doing their best, so can't complain.

I always go there to send packages or letters. They are ok, nothing special. they are every quick and they provide a good service.
