Nice and patient staff, they always been kind and often offer other services like cashback. I found this staff correct and they follow standard procedures always, as a result of that, rude customers that request parcels without ID often end throwing tantrums like 3 years old toddler as they will not get the parcel/pension as they wish. Sadly this area has plenty of customers with ego issues and seems like they need to treat in unpleasant way frecuently using strong and dirty language when talking with the staff just to feel some gaps in their emotional problems, However I being happy with their services.

Worst management ever. The quality of service at this branch is beyond low. Very disappointing, especially for the elderly in the community.

This post office is getting even worse! The staff clearly hate their jobs. They have no enthusiasm and move around with no determination. A please or thank you would have been nice. Cleverly they all appear to go on their break just as the lunchtime rush comes in. Avoid whenever possible!

Very helpful service and nice staff, I had a urgent parcel to send and they kindly offered to print the label for me as I don't have access to a printer during this difficult time. I strongly reccommend this post office

Lovely staff, always helpful. Lots packed into a small space, they have postal supplies (envelopes, tape etc), gift cards and all the usual post office counter services.
