The staff work quickly and are polite. There tend to always be long queues, but that is not their fault and they get through each customer efficiently. Any dealings I've had there have been great. Gave it 4 stars as the post office itself could do with a freshening up.

Staff is good and tries it's best, but Royal mail must enable them. Why customers with prepaid parcels cannot have a simple scan at a machine instead of having to queue. I feel we are treated as second class citizens here in Peckham as thus post office seems stuck in the 90ies. The queue is always long but self service machines would shorten it and waste less time to everyone.

Absolutely awful staff member at the till - Window number 1 today. The man was extremely rude and demeaning. He smirked and laughed several times when it was clear I was having trouble hearing him and needed a little help with understanding the postage information. The queue time was about 45mins long and no apology or acknowledgment from staff at all. Just met with the above. Very shocking, and unkind. Would be a Zero star review if it was possible to do so.

A RIP OFF! They tried to charge me £6 to send a small top, went to a different one and it was only £1.15, the same thing happened before and I recommend going to the one in a cornershop by Peckham rye park going towards one tree hill

Long wait, rude staff, and due to massive queue social distancing wasn't an option. I redirected a package here. After waiting in the queue for an hour, the font desk insisted I hadn't and that it was at another post office. I told them again, I chose to have it sent here and would he mind checking for me. The package was less than a metre away from him. Then he rudely threw my 30p change at me.
