Normally pretty efficient but opening times aren’t consistent. Online opening hours said open until 7pm, went round at 2.30pm to find it closed.
The sorting office staff are great as usual. However my complaint is against the new post people doing the runs during the Pandemic. Those that I have met face to face have been rude. Also they are leaving myself and the neighbors parcels many where. They do not ring the bell nor leave cards. I was at home today and when the dpd courier came he rang the bell. It just so happens that my neighbor spotted my parcel outside in communal area. The packages could have been stolen. So I will making written complaint. Other neighbors in my are complaining too. Hence the 3 rating
PECKHAM post office depot... just great. The staff is very helpful. Thank you
Expect long waits and hope you don't have to deal with a particularly unkind gentleman who seems very unhappy to work here.
Went to the one in Peckham, the service was just great the lady who served me should of got her name or something! Very cute, she's probably about 5ft 2/3 white lady lovely smile brunette hair. If you know her name........
