Went to print urgent docs, was told to queue as I did, when my time arrived I’ve been told it’s closed as it was 7 mins past 3pm. Had to figure out where I could print those docs. What happened was outrageous. I reckon lower your nose guys, cause some of you could get harmed if jumped from the level of your own ego to the ground. Review is not about Ladies from post office. Just to clarify.
Excellent post office service. They are very quick and process my parcels in a matter of seconds! Much much better than the previous post office that was on Replingham road! 5/5 STARS :D
I visit this post office regularly to post out my eBay parcels and whenever I visit I always have a pleasant experience. Both staff are really smiley and bubbly and quite professional and efficient in their post office jobs. Thank you for your service 😊
I find this post office is very efficient. They always offer all posting options, kindly explaining everything.
Rude and inefficient. Sent a passport and birth cert to HMRC by special tracked next day delivery, Royal Mail's system shows it was never collected from Southfield post office. They stated they did not have it and would not look for it or even entertain the idea that they had any responsibility for it. Likely stolen and sold by member of staff at Southfield. Reported.
