Lost registered mail from Singapore posted on 3 April still undelivered. Once reliable Royal Mail now loses registered mail. Absolutely useless. This also the second incident in 12 months. Birthday card enclosing cash(stupid i know) posted in Wandsworth never delivered. This is bordering on criminal.

Worst customer service ever. They left the red card not even ringing the bell 3 times as I booked redelivery. I went to the office and the lady said “oh, it will be delivered today” and I said that I am already there so she should handle me my parcel but she said she cannot do so as I booked a redelivery (this time I did not)
