Always bad they don’t answer calls till 8.15 am can never get an appointment because they are fully booked but when you go in it’s empty and they tell lies although they have got a good excuse now with Covid

0 RATING.. DOES NOT DESERVE A 1 STAR EITHER!! This is the worst GP in Southwark, the receptionist named Henna is very rude and tells lies about having no appointments, also she claims you cannot speak to the Doctor nor do they allow patients to have repeated prescription on the “patient access” app. I am a patient with problems with my thyroid gland, I’ve tried booking appointments through the phone and app, they claim it’s booked. I’ve run out of medication and they’re asking me to wait two weeks PLUS for an emergency appointment, which I’ve been trying to book for nearly TWO MONTHS!!! I do not recommend this GP to anyone. Keep clear, PS I only joined due to our GP closing which was the best GP.. shame. I do feel sorry for all patients joint to this so called “GP” you’re better off finding a new GP or attending A&E. This place needs to be closed down!!!

Rude staff, blatantly lied to me by telling they only take bookings in the morning but on the website it states otherwise. Also lied to me by telling me to call at 8am, the phone is engaged but hey, I just turned up to the building anyway, hardly anyone there so they're not busy, the phone isn't ringing. So I call it, it doesn't ring. They're not here to help at all. You won't be able to book an appointment to see your GP. So I wonder, what is the receiptionist for when all they say is to book over the phone at 8am? The worst service from people that are meant to help. I do not recommend them, you're in for disappointment and anger.

I would like to share my very bad experience with the appointment booking system. There is no possibility to come to the clinic in the morning and book the same day visit. The only way is to call. The line supposed to be open from 8am, but each time I call line is not active (it is not busy it is not ACTIVE). I tried to call at 7:59am and there is a message that the line is open from 8am, but if I call exactly 8am no one will answer. Today I made 20 calls between 8:00 and 8:35 and when finally my call was answered I have been informed there are no more appointments for today and I am not only one, because the line was very busy. I also have been told by the receptionist that she has the same when she calls her clinic. I find this very unprofessional because this is not the answer to my question, why it happens every time I try to call and book an appointment. The answer the line is busy is not satisfactory for me as well, because it has not happened once or twice but every time I call since they change booking system. The one star I give is only because I cannot post my review without but honestly I CANNOT NOT GIVE A SINGLE STAR.
