The pharmacy main man is very friendly and helpful however some of the post office staff are very rude and may need some sort of customer service training...

Have waited over an hour for a member of staff to come back from lunch ( the only qualified person dealing with documents) Picture has been taken off my documents in order to charge me again for a picture. Extremely unprofessional. Have been lied to that he need just Scan my face in order to charge me for a s.... picture. Unacceptable.
