Never had any problems. Always received good service. A couple of weeks ago they had closed but I pleaded that he allow me to send my parcel to the US as I was flying out the next day. He took my package and was very helpful.
The ATM manchine seems to be not working so many times. WARNING scammers are glueing the tray which should lift up to give you your money on the ATM machine outside this branch... If this happens to you pull the money 💷 tray upwards and you can see your money sitting inside the tray... They are aware of this but yet do not put any warning ⚠ stickers on the ATM. Do not use at night time as its dark and not many people around.. So ideally great for muggers to grab your money.. BEWARE...!!!!
Poor poor attitude from the staff there. I have a Royal Mail obe business account therefore I need to drop off sacks with my parcels in them to the post office however every time I go to the manford way post office there seems to be a problem, even one time refusing to take it, making excuses of space and health and safety when he clearly does have the space.
I can see he does this with other obe business account holders as the gentleman behind the counter once asked me “ was it you who complained to Royal Mail that I don’t take the grey sacks”. (Assuming someone else made this complaint)
Really really unprofessional and not the attitude you want to receive from your local post office.
Extremely terrible service. They scammed me with their photo booth, claiming I was to blame for their machine to print my passport-sized photos with a half of my face on. Refused to return the payment and threatened to call the police on me when I said I would stay until I get the refund. I did not ask for anything else except the refund. Such a disgrace. So, guys, if you can I'd advise you to avoid this post office.
As others have said - tried to charge me for prepaid parcel and very rude. Why is this being allowed to continue?
