Very quick and efficient service. The man at the counter let me know how much it would cost to post each of my parcels beforehand and it was what I was expecting, so I'm not sure why people are complaining about upselling. I post a lot of things as part of my small business and this was the quickest trip to the post office I've had in a long time! It's also in a very convenient location so I can pop in after work.

I have used this post office for 25 years plus and can truly staff are friendly and helpful and even the paper counter the man us so so helpful as for suggestions in other comments that they are nosy it is there job to ask if liquids are in parcels.....

Very rude customer service, went there today to return a parcel and the asian lady working on the right hand till this afternoon raised her voice at me and gave a lot of attitude without checking the facts properly. I never usually leave a review but the service was offensive.

Very rude staff, avoid when possible (talking about 2 guys particularly). They treat you like they're doing you a favour Apart from that usual rudeness, I bought online a Click & Drop from Royalmail website, so they are suppose to just print the label and stick it to the parcel, but they told me that they don't do click & drop (even so the signs in the shop says click & drop). I ended up having to pay twice for the same thing. Update: Today I was attended very well from a lady for first time out of like 10.
