Besides being polite, Dr Rasiah Ramanathan lacks many of the basic elements required to be a competent doctor. - He doesn't listen and misses key bits of information - His spoken English ability it low and you are left unsure if he's truly understood what you've shared with him - He seems unable to cope under pressure - particularly when appointments are backed up (which is always nearly the case) - He seems unaware of the latest research on diseases - He needs to be reminded of your basic medical information Go and see the other male GP for anything complex.

I have just seen the nurse, she was so very lovely. She worked through my medical needs with professionalism while keeping me totally at ease. In a short space of time she created an atmosphere where i could talk to her as if she was an old friend. Bolingbroke Medical Centre you are so lucky to have her as a member of your staff

Appointments are always late and rushed. I was told by the male doctor that I couldn't have anxiety as "things could be much worse". Changed providers and got the assistance I needed. Extremely unprofessional.

Would rate 0 star if possible. Reception always hard to get through to or completely unavailable. The app books appointments for doctors who aren't actually available. Doctor Hima is incapable of arriving anywhere near on time. When she does arrive she is rude, uninterested and unprofessional with appalling communication skills and patient knowledge. I have waited upwards of an hour for the first appointment of the day multiple times with no apology or acknowledgement. When trying to make a formal complaint recently my private medical information was shared without my consent over the phone to a family member. Hospital referrals have been incorrectly made resulting in extended waiting times. Test results are not passed on to patients unless you threaten complaint. During the last few months telephone appointments were offered due to COVID however appointment times were ignored. On 3 separate occasions the telephone rang hours before the scheduled appointment and due to work I was unable to answer. No message was left, no return number and when I did call reception at my scheduled time I was told each time that the doctor had left early and I had to reschedule the whole appointment. Check the GMC for notices as one doctor has been referred for sanctions and deemed "only fit for practice with restrictions". This surgery is a disgraceful

Incorrect information being given by receptionists that are not qualified to be giving medical information resulting in taking baby for an appointment that was completely unnecessary.
