Been a regular customer it’s my local post office never had any problem, helpful staff and management ,queue is bit long as staff also has to follow social distancing rules and it’s Christmas time common everywhere it’s queue.
In this situation we all have to maintain and follow rules it’s COVID so can’t put blame on management and staff .
I appreciate all the efforts by management and staff,they are always very helpful .

Been using them quite a bit since the start of lock down, they're clearly working under a lot of pressure but the staff are very nice, polite and efficient.
Opening times are wrong. It says they shut at 12:30 on a Saturday but I got there at 12 and they didn't allow me in.
Also, only two staff working there on a Satursay before Christmas??? No wonder why there is a massive queue...
They asked a customer to tell people not to join the queue after them (at 12 when the post office is meant to shut at 12:30) Is that really the customer's job? To have people complain to them when they are just there as a customer, not a worker?
This branch needs better management. It's appaling. Customers are not there to work for them, that's pretty basic.
Changing the opening times would be a start.
Came here a couple times and never had any issues. Staff was helpful, polite and efficient.
the staff were lovely and friendly and ensured that my needs were met.
