Rude arrogent man on duty Christmas Eve
Who was smirky and really didn't know what he was talking about, (as I had my information from one of his colleagues , who was very polite and professional on a different occassion).
I would suggest that some training again on customer service be introduced to this member of staff as the last didn't work.
I've never seen anyone Member of staff for the post office wear a hat behind the counter, not a professional look ?
Called to ask a question about whether they do a label printing service. Guy said no so I asked if any other local offices did and he was like "just big ones" and when I went to ask if Walworth Road would, he just said "bye" and hung up.
I'm literally in the queue right now. I'm the second person in line and the lady at the desk has spent fifteen minutes organizing mail and no one is being helped. She wouldn't let the next person pay for her package until she finished organizing everything because the cut off is 5pm. It was 4:42 when i arrived so she could've just tossed it in. She also charged me more than what i usually pay from another post office and didnt get me to fill out the list of items usually sent for international parcels. Dont think ill be coming back.
