Awful service, I was told to go to another post office without being told the reason why they could not take my package. Extremely rude and unfriendly, especially since the post office was empty so busyness couldn't be used as an excuse for the poor service.

Always a slow-moving queue and usually only one counter open. I avoid this place when possible.

This man closed the door for me and 4 costumers for at 5:30pm when we arrived at around 5:10pm and was waiting at the queue outside He closed the door and didn’t say one word After the last costumer which was inside leave apparently he asked the person to don’t allow no more people in as the person didn’t let as even hold to door to entry, and said is closed. We (4 costumers) all nocked the door to make a complain as we we arrived before 5:10pm and he came out just open the door and said is close and shut the door immediately... I’m very upset as I’m with my Wife and she is Pregnant and can’t stay stand for long

The post office does not open at 9:00. The business hours were updated just two weeks ago. It's a shame that this organisation lacks the skills to open for their advertised hours.

The best time to go I'd say is during the day because there tends to be a huge queue early in the morning and from 4pm. Customer service for me was excellent. I needed to send a parcel to the USA and there were some issues but the man was keen to help and polite. I had to wait a while and noticed how some of the locals even called him "friend". In the end all was resolved and I was very pleased.
