I came to have my ID documents validated for a DBS check. After 2 hours of running back and forth and trying to meet their requirements, the staff still refused to validate my documents. I found this petty, as having done a DBS check before, I had been sure my evidence was sufficient. It felt as though the staff were enjoying and exploiting the power they held to deny/approve very important matters.
I would highly recommend spending the extra time and money to go to another post office. At the other post office, the gentleman at the counter validated my documents immediately, without even mentioning the ostensible problems that the staff here had been complaining about.
Big issues with staff. Spent 20min discussing. Ended up taking my packages back home. Went to another post office the next day. Same packages. Same questions. Same answers. And everything got sent off :)
Would give -5 stars if possible.
Terrible service, the people are rude and even when there's a massive queue they only open two tills. Would not recommend at all
Unhelpful, incapable and rude staff. Especially the blonde short hair middle age lady.!
