Went to pick up a parcel told it had been sent back to sender. Called sender they had not received it back still had to pay the sender. Sorting office is rubbish. Have to take time off work to get anything held there. There opening time are so un helpful

Don't see mail for days and then a huge pile arrives. Absolutely atrocius service. If you need to send anything to SE17 on a deadline, forget about sending with anything other than special delivery. It probably won't make it. Shocking. Shouldn't have to give any stars for this awful service. I really believe that most of the good reviews on here are from ringers.

Waiting for urgent mail its left in letter box suits cannot even pushed through asked the postman he ignored me wearing headphones hood on. call first class service.

I live in the SE17 postcode, mails, packages even tracked ones goes missing daily. Absolutely hideous. Making a complain as I write this. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I had a prepaid Click & Drop package. Went to two Post Offices and a Mailbox location that has Royal Mail services. None of them were able to process Click & Drop. I came to this particular Royal Mail location that has confirmed they can process prepaid parcels on its website, but that was not the case. I had to then go to the Camberwell Royal Mail location to send the parcel. I would not recommend this service for the lack of drop off locations and disappointed with the unclear / misleading info on Royal Mail websites.
