Shocking delivery service. Parcels never arrive, and if you're very lucky enough to receive your parcel - it will arrive late. I tend to just avoid ordering an item if Royal Mail is the only option for delivery, isn't worth the grief.

Was told my order was delivered and signed for by someone called Thai. Both myself and my flatmate were in so this was not missed delivery attempt. Likely the postman has decided to take it

Limited opening hours make planning a trip to the office difficult, and over a 5 week period, I've been unable to return ASOS parcels as their scanner has been broken. There appears to be no desire or urgency to resolve this.
