I always have to queue here, always. Assistant take lunch break between 2 and 3pm. They are not the fastest in the world and you have two windows one of which is always closed. On the other hand I've never had a problem with any package. It's nice you have a pharmacy supplies alongside doing parcels. As a lot of post offices in London this is inside an store.

Avoid this post office. It usually has long queues, and the staff are sullen. Today I went at 9am. Only one staff member. The second arrived at 9:35... and couldn't make her computer work. Hopeless. Asked gently about it they shouted at me - very rude and unpleasant. I can see they were frazzled but really. We deserved an apology after a 45 minute wait. It's odd that quite a few of the other reviews are very positive, especially about a staff member called Sofia. At the quietest of times I've never had anything but cool, indifferent service, virtually sullen.

I went today around 5:30pm and the lady that was there was constantly on the phone. She was also really rude and angry at me because I thought that I could pay for an envelope there but she told me in an aggressive tone I had to pay it at the pharmacy and her boss would be mad at her because of my mistake. After that, she asked me why I was so upset and why I was pulling a face which I reply saying I was not saying or doing anything. fortunately, my husband was there to assist me as it was impossible to say or do anything without making her saying something else rude comment. Please avoid this post office !!

The service was atrocious years ago. They’ve replaced one miserable member of staff member with a person ( I believe her name’s Sophie) who implores so many of us to “please please write a good review”. Hmmmm. Ps. Not to mention the incessant annoying streaming of biblical rankings and hymns😤 ... apart from that everything’s fine!
