Camped here recently and what a lovely little site, very clean facilities and Tesco 5 minutes away along with various take away places. Pub next door had live band on which was great, outdoors too. Will be back for sure and the site staff/children absolutely lovely, our children ages 4 -14 spent the whole time at the park.
Nice little quaint site. Lovely helpful people. Pub nearby was terrible though full of a coach load of under 18s not observing social distancing measures. Would definitely visit again but give the pub a miss !!
Tenting field no good for disabled as cannot hammer tent pegs in, the ground is so so hard. Spoke to owner and he said it's always like it. You'd think they'd fixed it during lockdown! Toilets closed yet states open online. Even the swings closed for little kiddies. Yet were not cleaned after some kids played on them! Tidy site and safe but ground way too hard and tents laying on gravel/stone/grass. Electrics are on a meter. No I won't recommend it and neither will I visit again.
Fantastic little site, perfect for a weekend away. Lovely flat ground and well located facilities. Owner very helpful and friendly, would defiantly come again.
Great little campsite. Had a lovely weekend. Would highly recommend! Not too busy, friendly owner. Great for families.
