Rude, disinterested and arrogant. Arrived with 30 mins left of opening having got a taxi in the rain to ensure I made on time and safely with parcels to be told they are closed. We were eventually let in the shop but then told they refused to serve us even though the line had gone and it was now 5.47. We they advertise the time as 6pm.they are lazy and claim they can't work until 6pm for a business they are choosing to run until this time. Absolutely disgusting treatment. Ignoring and jeering and even complained I spoke to nicely!! Avoid and go elsewhere I know I will be.

I run a small online business and have sent over 4000 parcels in the last 3 years, and have never had a problem before I started using this post office. I always come in with a smile on my face and behave respectfully but only get rudeness in return. The older man who sits in the middle window dislikes me so much that he berates me even when one of the others are serving me, and has started pretending to count money whenever I come in so he doesn't have to serve me. Last time he told me that I better not come in over Christmas because he doesn't have time for me! Another has complained about the labels I use (that come from Royal Mail) even though they have never been a problem at any other post office. I'm giving them one extra star because the guy who usually sits in the first window is very friendly and helpful.

VERY RUDE STAFF. Especially the old man. Was told to wait to one side whilst I stuck my item in a bag, literally took me 5 seconds and he told me to move over whilst he served someone else. Terrible customer service. They should be shut down! Have also been overcharged on sending a next day signed for item so I will be making an official complaint to The Post Office

Unfortunately experienced complete lack of customer service, felt stressful and the staff are generally rude from the offset. They don't give off the impression that they want to help. Constantly rushing you, and then showing you attitude when you try and explain that you do have the correct barcode to scan.... despite it already saying Royal Mail on it... they just want to get through the queue. Just get in and out quickly if you have to go.

The staff are very kind. The prices are low and they don't charge too much. Prices are cheaper than other shops. Passport photo and photo copy quality is very good.
