Amazing people , hard working and know their products, worked long days all through the pandemic .
Me and my family have been using this post office for many of years. They have always gone out their way to deliver excellent service and always trying to find better ways for me to send my post/packages. 100% recommend.
I really don't know why this Post Office has bad reviews. I've been using this Post Office for the last 9 months and have found the staff really friendly and efficient. The fact they were even open across the last few months of the pandemic has been fantastic and I'm sure a can speak for a lot of the community in that we're very grateful.
This is actually a good Post Office, they work quickly and efficiently...
I go out my way for this Post Office because of their amazing service. I love how they genuinely take care of my parcels as I have complained to HQ about fragile parcels being damaged - however, Forest Road Post Office goes the extra mile.
I highly recommend it!
