Not great ... the new premises are much better and the choice of goods is not bad. However, the service is getting worse. The shop has opened a few minutes late on various occasions. When the staff did arrive to open, they did not apologise nor greeted waiting customers. On one occasion, I saw a customer not wearing a mask and she did not appear to be confronted.

Best post office in Walthamstow! I usually get into a mess with sending parcels and so forth, but everyone is so friendly and helpful here. Love the new building too!

Worst post office experience I've had in London at this branch. Poor customer service. Trying to charge more than value for postal services. It's my local post office but will go further afield from now on. Response: Most recent experience - I wanted to post a book as a large letter, it fit through the letter guide measurement but the attendee insisted it was sent as a parcel. I took the book to the Forest Road post office and they let me post as a letter no problems. Had a similar experience several months ago also.

This is my local post office, and I'm thankful that it is. From sending parcels to getting my babies' passport photos taken, Wood Street Post Office has always offered friendly and efficient service.
