It's a club site so standards are high which is great The wardens were super friendly and helpful - some of the best we have met I've only knocked a star off because we were in a tent (first time tenting in a club site) and the tent area is a long walk from the toilet and shower block. It's so much easier if you are in a tent to nip out and use the facilities if they are close. Of course, when I have my caravan it doesn't matter where I am in relation to the toilet block because I use the toilet and the shower in the caravan. In a tent it really helps if you can get closer Apart from that the people behind us were talking very loudly until 11pm which is very unusual for a club site If you are in the area then definitely stay here :)

Just got back from modbury site and it’s a lovely site great shower block clean clean clean staff 10/10 road going in is fine the road from village is tight but I drive Range Rover and no problem great play area my 5 year old loved it pyrah9 Leicestershire

The caravan site was well kept and the staff helpful. However, bearing in mind Covid 19 there was very little evidence of hand sanitisers. I couldn't see any by the bins, water supply, dog poob bins or the gate to dog field. I was really surprised as I would have thought that should have been the minimum requirement. The site was very full and a great many people were using toilets and showers even the the warden did ask for people not to. The laundry room had one washing machine and one tumble dryer which was inadequate for the number of people. Overall I do not think I will return to Modbury.

All you could wish for on a caravan & motor home site.in these strange times the staff were great . So much to do from here & see,a favourite with us for some years.
