wonderful campsite...great facilities and friendly staff! dog friendly! beautiful grounds.. we will be back! edit: came back summer 2020, even though it rained or was great, very clean and tidy campsite and fantastic for exploring around.

Lovely campsite. Plenty of toilets and showers and clean too. We had a wild pitch and it was amazing with our own water tap and fire pit. Very friendly and welcoming staff 😊 few bits for sale in reception- drinks, ice-creams, Marshmallows, fire wood and a few food supplies. We stayed 3 nights and it was so peaceful in the evening looking up at the stars with our ciders! You can't park next to the tents but they do supply wheelbarrows to get stuff to your pitch. It added more fun for the children. We will be back!

Myself, husband and yorkshire terrier we all had such a great time here. We originally paid for woodland camping, but the weather was pretty grim. However the friendly staff gave us an option if we wanted to look at going into one of the camping pods. So we decided to pay the extra and we didn't regret it. There was lots of space in the pod along with a bench and firepit just outside the door. Lovely wooded area you can walk around and overall a lovely site. Facilities are spot on with everything you need, toilets, shower, fridges, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. its just what's needed for this sort of camping / stay. We also loved the evenings looking up on clear nights to see the stars as there is no light pollution that spoils the sky on a clear night. We will be returning for sure :) Thanks for a wonderful stay x

Had another excellent stay at Ashbourne Woods. The staff are very friendly. The facilities were spotless as always. We stayed in our favourite pitch and had a great holiday. Thank you!

Brilliant woodland camping. Grass pitches & hook ups available for those who want a few more comforts, and remote pitches in the woods for those who don't! All with access to toilets, showers, laundry & kitchen. Well maintained, friendly service. Will be coming back
