Luxury holiday! Even with the unpredictable British weather we’ve had the best week here. Welcome pack was much appreciated. Kids loved the hire of the water sports equipment. I enjoyed the pool (hopefully no Covid next time so we can use all the facilities) Husband & eldest loved the cinema room. The dog had great fun in the exercise field. All very happy but sad to be going home!

Best kept secret in south Devogrounds an facilities are kept immaculate lodges are very well spaced out cater for all ages without being commercialised

Just returned from a week's holiday with our two grandchildren. Had a great time and impressed with lodge, site and facilities. Chris and reception were always very helpful.

Well what can I say. Had a truly amazing few days at our wonderful lodge. Our stay was made all the better by Chris the manager. He could not do enough for us and made the break we so much needed. Thanks to COVID we had the swimming pool to ourselves every day ( great pool and very clean ) and exclusive use of the cinema room, thanks again COVID. The lodge was beautiful, very clean and very spacious with every amneitie you require to cook a decent meal. ON site they also have a quality Gym, play area for the kids and a little wooded area. If your looking for a family break then look no further.

We had a super holiday at Thatches and found it to be a lovely escape, which we plan to repeat very soon! It's certainly a countryside retreat and we thought the grounds and facilities were immaculate. The pool and gym were a great plus and we even had a great time testing out the table tennis!! Didn't sample the cinema, but we thought it looked super. We were particularly impressed with the excellent help we received from Chris, the Manager, who sorted out our one and only problem speedily. Oh - and the welcome tray of goodies was the best we've ever had!
